Pro-Life of Mercer County is committed to the promotion of respect for the dignity and sanctity of all human life from conception to final breath. We are dedicated to protecting the most fundamental of all human values, that being the right to life. Our organization seeks to educate the public and elected representatives and does not advocate violence of any nature.

 

Pro-Life of Mercer County is ecumenical and nonpartisan. Its funds are not used to lobby elected officials or to participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for public office. Our organization is governed by a Board of volunteers who serve without compensation. Our mission is enacted by our Executive Director. Our efforts are underwritten entirely by the generosity of our donors, to whom we are indebted for their steadfast commitment to this great cause.

 

Pro-Life of Mercer County is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is exempt from federal and state income taxes under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and comparable provisions of the statutory law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Donations to Pro-Life of Mercer County are not deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.
